Return & Exchange Policy

Because most of our items are personalized, Marine Cafe Shop does not accept returns except for the following circumstances:

An Item arrives damaged
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item as soon as we receive a photo proof of the damaged item.

- Please be sure to report this to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Please take a photo showing the damage.
- Please be sure to include the design in the photo so we can easily identify our product.
- You can reach out to us through our contact form

After we receive your message, we will immediately process your replacement.

An item is lost in transit
All items are sent to you with tracking. If tracking shows that your item is lost in transit or has not moved for 10 days, please contact us immediately.
We will send a replacement as soon as possible if your item is lost in transit.

The delivery address given by the customer is incorrect
If the address on your file is incorrect or you are not able to receive your package from that address, the item will be returned to sender by the post office.
We can send this back to you for an additional shipping fee. The shipping fee will depend on the item. Please contact us through our contact form.
